Falls Angels U12 kick off 2010 softball season

The Falls Angels girls U12 softball team kicked off the 2010 regular season on June 7th with a doubleheader split against the Midwest Pride at Oakwood Park.

 

The Angels dropped the opener 6-5 in extra innings. Kelly Berglund pitched a 5 strikeout complete game. Leah Badke and Stephanie Cole led the hitting with 2 hits and an RBI each.

 

The Angels bounced back in the second game with a 10-3 win with Leah Badke

striking out 7 batters. Michelle Butler led the hitting attack with 2 hits and 2 RBI and Ashley Zdroik contributed 2 hits and an RBI. Justine Ertl supplied some power with a triple and RBI.

 

The Falls Angels is a select softball program for girls 8 to 17 years old in the Menomonee Falls area.

We are actively looking for coaches and girls ages 8 to 10 years old to fill our empty U10 roster for next year.
