THEFT

1Three flashlights and a camera were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the W213 N10200 block of Beech Drive between the morning hours of Aug. 23 and Aug. 25. The victim told police the vehicle was parked in a garage, which had been accidentally left open overnight.

2A woman reported someone made three fraudulent charges on her credit card at County Line Mobil, N96 W17500 County Line Road, at 5:05 p.m. Aug. 26. The victim told police she believed she lost the card at the gas station on June 15, canceled the card on June 16, but that three transactions occurred since that date. Police are following up with the business.

3Two vehicles were entered and rummaged through while parked in the W149 N9900 block of Still Water Court between the evening hours of Aug. 26 and 7:30 a.m. Aug. 27. Nothing was reported missing from the vehicles and an extra patrol watch was requested.

4An employee reported his cellphone was stolen while he was working at Gehl's Guernsey Farm, N116 W15970 Main St., at 2:50 p.m. Aug. 27.

5A 42-year-old man and a 32-year-old man, both of Milwaukee, were arrested for shoplifting after they concealed and undisclosed amount of merchandise and were caught running out of the front doors at Walmart, W190 N9855 Appleton Ave., at 2:55 p.m. Aug. 27.

6A 36-year-old West Bend woman was arrested for shoplifting after she stole a bag of dog food at Fleet Farm, N96 W18200 County Line Road, at about 2:55 p.m. Aug. 27.

7A 30-year-old man was arrested for shoplifting an undisclosed amount of merchandise at Walmart, W190 N9855 Appleton Ave., at about 5 p.m. Aug. 29.

8A 29-year-old woman was arrested for shoplifting merchandise at Fleet Farm, N96 W18200 County Line Road, at 12:05 p.m. Sept. 3.

9A woman was arrested for shoplifting $40 worth of merchandise at Walmart, W190 N9855 Appleton Ave., at 7:20 p.m. Sept. 3.

10A male subject was arrested for shoplifting after he concealed merchandise and fled Walmart, W190 N9855 Appleton Ave., in a tan Chevy Blazer at about 4 p.m. Sept. 4.

11A 40-year-old woman was arrested for shoplifting after she was detained by employees for concealing items at Fleet Farm, N96 W18200 County Line Road, at 12:25 p.m. Sept. 6.

DRUG POSSESSION

12A 25-year-old man was arrested for possession of oxycodone and drug paraphernalia on U.S. Highway 41 North and County Line Road at 9:25 p.m. Aug. 26.

13A male subject was arrested for drugged driving and for other drug violations during a traffic stop on Pilgrim Road and Bel Aire Lane at 10:40 p.m. Sept. 3.

14A 22-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman were arrested for possession of heroin during a traffic stop on Lannon Road and U.S. Highway 41 at 4:55 p.m. Sept. 7.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

15A 27-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving on Lannon Road and U.S. Highway 41 at 10:50 p.m. Aug. 30. His blood alcohol content was unavailable.

16A 25-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving after a rollover accident on U.S. Highway 41 and Freistadt Road at 7:50 a.m. Sept. 1. He was transported to Community Memorial Hospital for injuries he sustained in the accident; his blood alcohol content was unavailable.

17A 28-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving on Fond du Lac Avenue and Lovers Lane at 3:05 a.m. Sept. 6. Her blood alcohol content was unavailable.

18Police arrested a 28-year-old man for drunken driving, carrying a concealed weapon and operating after revocation after a motorist reported a green Volkswagen Passat swerving all over the road at varying speeds on U.S. Highway 41 North and County Line Road at 4:25 a.m. Sept. 7. His blood alcohol content was unavailable.

VANDALISM

19A resident in the W145 N10000 block of Sun Valley Trail reported her San Francisco 49ers flag was vandalized sometime between the evening hours of Sept. 4 and 8 a.m. Sept. 5.

OTHER

20Police responded to a report of an unknown woman rolling around in the roadway on the southeast corner of Pilgrim and County Line roads at 11:55 p.m. Aug. 27. The woman had to be restrained by officers due to what later turned out to be a reaction to some unprescribed medication she took. The Menomonee Falls Fire Department and police were also on the scene and took care of the woman.

21A 17-year-old boy was arrested for drugged driving after he drove his 2002 Honda Accord into a tree in the W156 N11000 block of Pilgrim Road at 8:35 p.m. Aug. 28.

22An officer investigating a suspicious vehicle parked after hours at Spassland Park, W160 N10000 Colonial Drive, arrested a female subject for possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:05 p.m. Aug. 28.

23Police dispatch received a report of two llamas running in the roadway in the W204 N11700 block of Goldendale Road at about 7:20 a.m. Sept. 3. The owners of the llamas were warned about allowing the llamas to run loose.

24A female subject was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on Pilgrim and Donges Bay roads at 2:15 a.m. Sept. 4.

25The Department of Public Works, N122 W17177 Fond du Lac Ave., requested a canine search of a used vehicle they purchased that originated in the Texas/Mexico area at 3:35 p.m. Sept. 5. The canine officer alerted on the rear driver's seat seam and rear support post, and the DPW is disassembling portions of the vehicle to inspect for any latent drug residue.

26A 29-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct after an officer saw him push a subject who was sitting on a chair outside Bub's Tavern, N116 W16218 Main St., and then threw a patio table at him at 1:05 a.m. Sept. 8.

· Germantown police responded to two domestic violence calls and assisted with 31 rescue calls and two fire calls between Aug. 25 and Sept. 9.
