1A resident called police to report multiple items were stolen from the garage at her former residence in the W172 N12600 block of Division Road at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 16. The home is currently in foreclosure but the resident still owns the property where the garage is located. Police are following up with the realty company and an extra patrol was requested.
2A woman's wallet was stolen during an open house at a model home in the W127 N10800 block of Coneflower Circle from 1 and 5 p.m. Feb. 10.
3Officers responding to a report of a theft in progress at Walmart, W190 N9855 Appleton Ave., arrested a 42-year-old man for shoplifting after he tried to flee the scene in his car at 2:30 p.m. Feb. 11.
4A stainless steel sink was stolen from an outdoor storage area at the Quilted Bear, N111 W18611 Mequon Road, before 7:30 a.m. Feb. 12.
5An employee called police after two men attempted to pass a fraudulent check at Fleet Farm, N96 W18200 County Line Road, at 2:10 p.m. Feb. 13. After the business refused to accept the check, one of the subjects grabbed it from the employee and the men fled in a black Ford Taurus. Police have a suspect and are following up.
6A number of bearing boxes were stolen from Bohr Precision, W194 N11160 Kleinmann Drive, before 11:15 a.m. Feb. 14.
7Two unknown women shoplifted three cans of Similac baby formula at Walgreens, W156 N11261 Pilgrim Road, and then fled the lot in a red Ford Explorer at 1:05 p.m. Feb. 16.
8A 31-year-old man was arrested for shoplifting after he was seen concealing merchandise at Walmart, W190 N9855 Appleton Ave., at 1:50 p.m. Feb. 16.
9A 24-year-old woman was arrested for shoplifting after she left without paying for a prescription at Walmart, W190 N9855 Appleton Ave., at 12:45 p.m. Feb. 17.
10A 29-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving after a man called police to report he was driving on the wrong side of the road on Lannon Road and Appleton Avenue at 1:15 a.m. Feb. 15. His blood alcohol content was unavailable.
11A 16-year-old Germantown girl was transported to the hospital with possible injuries after the car she was riding spun out on the right shoulder of the road while the driver was attempting to pass two slower-moving vehicles on Division Road just north of Ashbury Lane at 2:35 p.m. Feb. 12. While trying to pass the vehicles on the right shoulder the driver of the car, a 17-year-old Germantown boy, lost control and left the roadway, and then re-entered and struck one of the vehicles. After the collision his car traveled back onto the shoulder and into a ditch, striking a tree and fire hydrant. The boy was cited for speeding/driving too fast for conditions, improper passing and failure to have control of a vehicle.
12The passenger side window of a company vehicle was broken with a rock while it was parked behind Germantown Tire & Auto, N112 W16660 Mequon Road, between 6:40 a.m. and 3 p.m. Feb. 12. No items were reported missing from inside the vehicle.
13A 43-year-old man called police at 5 p.m. Feb. 11 after he bought a cellphone through Craigslist in the N101 W14900 block of Raintree Drive, then found out it was stolen. Officers are attempting to locate the seller.
14A 29-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct and bail jumping after he became intoxicated and caused a disturbance at Bub's Irish Pub, N116 W16218 Main St., at 12:30 a.m. Feb. 12.
Germantown police assisted with 10 rescue calls and one fire call between Feb. 10 and Feb. 17.
