Police Report: Dec. 20

THEFT

· A 34-year-old man was arrested for shoplifting and was taken into custody for having four outstanding warrants through the West Allis Police Department at Fleet Farm, N96 W18200 County Line Road, about 6 p.m. Dec. 15.

· An employee at Fleet Farm, N96 W18200 County Line Road, reported a Honda generator was stolen on Dec. 16. Police were investigating the theft at the time of the report.

DRUG POSSESSION

· Officers responding to a report that a 19-year-old man was sweating, had dilated pupils and was "not acting right" in the used firearm area at Gander Mountain, W190 N10768 Commerce Circle, arrested him for possession of marijuana and a probation/parole violation after he refused medical attention about 5 p.m. Dec. 15. Police also arrested another 19-year-old man for possession of marijuana after the K-9 unit alerted on the door of his 2000 Volkswagen in the parking lot.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

· A 43-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving (fourth offense) after he was involved in a one-vehicle accident on U.S. Highway 41 and Lannon Road at about 8:10 p.m. Dec. 17. His preliminary blood alcohol content was unavailable.

OTHER

· Germantown police responded to one domestic violence call and assisted with three rescue calls and one fire call between Dec. 15 and Dec. 17.
