Years of experience being a principal: I just completed my fourth year as principal at GHS. Prior to that, I have served in four other administrative positions at GHS.
Favorite subject in school: English
Role model and why? My aunt Elisabeth, who passed away this spring. She came through Ellis Island from Germany as a little girl, along with my grandmother and uncle, shortly before Hitler took power. Having nothing upon arrival, she worked extremely hard to become a successful and educated woman and dedicated mother and grandmother. She was the most giving and selfless person I have ever known.
Favorite TV Show: "Criminal Minds"
Favorite movie: "Big Fish"
Best back-to-school memory: It is every year, when after all of the hiring, planning and projects have been completed and staff and students return for the new year. It is like being at the starting line of a marathon, with all of the anticipation and energy ready to be released.
Favorite summer song: Linkin Park, "Waiting for the End" (favorite song overall)
Favorite pro-football team: Green Bay Packers
Hobbies outside of school: competitive softball, core training, nonfiction human behavior-themed literature, UW football, Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers games
What school clubs or sports were you involved in? football, baseball, tennis, band and pickle ball/badminton intramurals
Kennedy Middle School
Years of experience as a principal: five (beginning my second year as principal at KMS)
Favorite subject in school: music
Role Model and why? my parents — amazing people, educators and musicians!
Favorite TV show: "Mad Men" and "Master Chef"
Favorite Movie: "The Shawshank Redemption"
Best Back To School Memory: I loved to get new school supplies every fall, especially the new box of crayons when I was in elementary school! Now that I'm a principal, it's seeing all the smiling faces of students and staff.
Favorite Summer Song: "The Boys of Summer" (Don Henley), "Every Breath You Take" (The Police)
Favorite Pro Football Team: Green Bay Packers
Hobbies Outside School: reading, traveling, attending concerts/arts events and spending time with family

Amy Belle Elementary
Years being principal: 23
Favorite subject: band and math
Role model and why? My dad. He taught me to respect others and to work hard.
TV show: "The Cosby Show"
Best back to school memory: Riding my brand new bike to school on my own when I started fourth grade.

Favorite Football team: The Pack — is there any other team!
Hobbies outside of school: playing jazz and classical music; sailing
What school clubs or sports were you involved in?: football, basketball, track, jazz band, marching band, musicals
County Line Elementary
Years being principal: I am starting my 16th year as a principal.
Favorite subject: History was my favorite subject in school.
Role model and why? My mom is my role model. She was fearless and loved to try new things.
Favorite TV Show: "The Voice" and "Modern Family"
Favorite Movie: "Ferris Bueller's Day Off"
Best back to school memory: I always loved my new school supplies.
Favorite summer song: "Treasure" by Bruno Mars
Favorite football team: Packers — no surprise that is my favorite football team. I am a part owner of the team.
Hobbies outside of school: reading, watching sports, and spending time with my family and friends
What school clubs or sports were you involved in? I was in Future Teachers of America, debate and basketball.
Years being principal: I'm starting my sixth year at MacArthur, and had three years principal experience prior to this position.
Favorite subject in school: math
Role model and why?: Temple Grandin. She has overcome amazing odds with her Asperger's and has accomplished so much. She is a great inspiration to people with autism!
Favorite TV Show: I am watching "Grey's Anatomy" on Netflix right now. I also enjoy crime dramas.
Favorite movie: "Steel Magnolias"
Best back-to-school memory: I loved picking out my back-to-school outfit!
Favorite summer song: "Cruise" by Florida Georgia Line and Nelly (my boys love rocking out to it!)
Favorite pro-football team: Packers!
Hobbies outside of school: I love reading, baking and organizing my house.
What school clubs or sports were you involved in? I was involved in forensics, band, choir, Key Club, honor society, volleyball, softball and basketball.

Role model and why? My family. Many have lived amazing and challenging lives and have maintained a positive attitude and belief that life is good.
Favorite TV Show: "Modern Family," "The Office" and "Top Gear"
Favorite movie: "Finding Nemo"
Best back-to-school memory: All of the cliche fall activities that go with school for kids and adults: football games, seeing friends again, crisp fall air and buying brand new school supplies .
Favorite summer song: "Cruel Summer" by Bananarama
Favorite pro-football team: Go Packers!
Hobbies outside of school: gardening, spending time with my family and friends, cooking and travel
What school clubs or sports were you involved in? Lots! National Honor Society, drama, Conservation Club, cheer and dance teams, Spanish Club, newspaper, etc. You name it, I joined it. When else in life can you just join and try whatever you want to see if it fits for you?
