THEFT

A 21-year-old man was arrested for shoplifting after he was seen cutting cellphones from hooks in the electronics department at Walmart, W190 N9855 Appleton Ave., at 5:20 p.m. Oct. 27. He was also taken into custody for having valid warrants through the Franklin and West Bend police departments.

A resident in the N128 W19900 block of Holy Hill Road reported prescription medications for several narcotic painkillers were stolen from his home at 1:40 p.m. Oct. 28.

Twelve propane tanks were stolen from Systems, W194 N11481 McCormick Drive, between Oct. 27 and Oct. 29.

A 65-year-old man was arrested for shoplifting an undisclosed amount of merchandise at Fleet Farm, N96 W18200 County Line Road, at 12:30 p.m. Oct. 29.

A catalytic converter was stolen off a 1999 Dodge Dakota stored at a residence in the N132 W18200 block of Rockfield Road before 12:40 p.m. Oct. 29.

Personal property was stolen from a locked vehicle parked at Rivercrest Chiropractic, W177 N9856 Rivercrest Drive, before 5 p.m. Oct. 29. The report did not state how the unknown suspect(s) gained entry to the vehicle.

A 35-year-old woman was arrested for shoplifting an undisclosed amount of merchandise at Walmart, W190 N9855 Appleton Ave., shortly before midnight Oct. 30.

A 31-year-old woman was arrested for shoplifting merchandise at Fleet Farm, N96 W18200 County Line Road, at 5:20 p.m. Oct. 31.

A 29-year-old woman was arrested for shoplifting at Fleet Farm, N96 W18200 County Line Road, at 4:10 p.m. Nov. 1.

An undisclosed amount of personal items were stolen from a locked vehicle parked at Cracker Barrel Restaurant, W176 N9778 Rivercrest Drive, before 9:55 p.m. Nov. 1. The report did not state how the unknown suspect(s) gained entry to the vehicle.

A two-foot by three-foot wooden pumpkin was stolen from a front yard in the W164 N10600 block of Timberline Court between the late evening hours of Oct. 31 and early morning hours of Nov. 1.

Copper was stolen from a residence in the W188 N13600 block of Maple Road around 1:50 p.m. Oct. 30. A witness stated the suspect, a "scraggly looking" white male, was seen at the residence and drove a gray Chevrolet Malibu. Police have the license plate number and are investigating.

An unknown man and woman shoplifted a 47-inch TV at Walmart, W190 N9855 Appleton Ave., at 3:45 p.m. Nov. 2. They were last seen driving a green Ford Taurus.

A catalytic converter was stolen off a vehicle parked in a driveway in the W188 N12920 Maple Road, before 4 p.m. Nov. 2.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

A 47-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving on El Camino Drive and Western Avenue at 12:25 a.m. Oct. 28. Her blood alcohol content was unavailable.

A 35-year-old man who was arrested and cited for disorderly conduct at Barley Pop Pub, Main Street and Park Avenue, at 3 a.m. was subsequently arrested for drunken driving, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on South U.S. Highway 41 and County Line Road at 4:20 a.m. Oct. 28. His blood alcohol content was unavailable.

A 23-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving on Maple Road and Commerce Circle at 1:50 a.m. Nov. 3. His blood alcohol content was unavailable.

OTHER

A driver reported finding a man lying in the road near a bicycle on Catskill Lane and Abbot Court at 6:52 p.m. Oct. 30. The subject, a 40-year-old man, was intoxicated and fell off his bike. He was transported to the hospital with a facial injury.

Germantown police assisted with 10 rescue calls between Oct. 27 and Nov. 3.
