Board denies Smart Board purchase, cites budgeting issues
The Germantown Fire Department’s desire to create an interactive classroom for weekly training was put on hold Monday after village officials denied the purchase of a Smart Board, citing budgeting issues.
Germantown, Falls districts dealing with more families having tough time making ends meet
Lynn, a Germantown resident, is a survivor. Her childhood was filled with alcohol-fueled abuse. She was part of the system, in and out of low-income housing and on and off welfare. Her children are part of a growing number of students in need of free and reduced priced lunches in both Menomonee Falls and Germantown.
