Joshua Bintz of Germantown earned his bachelor's degree in environmental, safety and occupational health management from the University of Findlay in Ohio in December.

Abby DeValkenaere of Germantown made the fall semester dean's list at the University of Minnesota Duluth.

Brittany Dudzik and Whitney Schaffner of Germantown and Rebecca McHugh and Brennan Schneider of Menomonee Falls made the fall semester dean's list at St. Norbert College in De Pere.

Tina Zielinski of Menomonee Falls made the fall semester dean's list at Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa.

U.S. Army Sgt. Maj. Craig Fraedrich of Menomonee Falls, a member of the Army band Pershing's Own, was selected to participate in the 57th presidential inaugural parade along Pennsylvania Avenue in front of the White House on Jan. 21. Fraedrich is a trumpet player with the band.

Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Brandon Trinastic graduated from the aerospace propulsion apprentice (jet engine) course at Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls, Texas. Trinastic is the son of Joe and Crystal Trinastic of Menomonee Falls; he graduated from a home school program in 2008.
