Does It Get Much Better?
Does it get much better for a Packer fan? The Pack and the Bears for the NFC championship and the ticket to the Super Bowl?
I was a year away from being born the last time these two teams met in the post season.
Our quarterback has been nearly flawless (and I hope I don’t jinx that by saying so). He has no wasted motion; he never seems to get rattled or, if he does he doesn’t show it much.
All this in a season when it looked as though we could hang up our hopes early in the year with all the injuries and the coach having to play the back-ups and even the back-ups to the back-ups.
Given Rodgers’ penchant for indoor games, if only this game were in a dome. The field is suspect in Chicago, but we know everyone will give it his best and the winner will be deserving of the victory…but I sure hope it is the Packers who walk off that field victorious.
